ryan walters did a great job on our service . i am not happy that we bought the 4 year 48k mile service plan and was charged for tire rotation my wife was told that we only get 1 free oil change i am not happy that we bought the 4 year 48k mile service plan and was charged for tire rotation my wife was told that we only get 1 free oil change when the service plan is supposed to include these things . i am thoroughly pissed off More

Had some major issues with air con & front suspension on our 2016 Murano. Dealt with Alex Lukacs. Made me feel very comfortable, rather than feeling I was the “customer” we were partners. Didn’t push beyond our 2016 Murano. Dealt with Alex Lukacs. Made me feel very comfortable, rather than feeling I was the “customer” we were partners. Didn’t push beyond what was necessary.
