Nissan of Cookeville - Service Center

We bought a 2017 Kia Sportage Turbo from Nissan in October of 2022. That in itself was a good experience. But on June 17, 2023 I brought the Kia in for an oil change. That evening there was a loud kno October of 2022. That in itself was a good experience. But on June 17, 2023 I brought the Kia in for an oil change. That evening there was a loud knocking in the engine. Long story short, Tito worked on our behalf with Kia and we just picked up our Kia this evening, only 15 days later, with a brand new engine at ZERO cost to us! Rental car and towing was all reimbursed! Tito was very instrumental in working for us as the middle man to make sure everything went smooth. I cannot recommend him high enough. The service tech lied to us about what was needed for our car. The repairs they quoted would not have fixed our Pathfinder and would have cost us thousands more than what was actually needed.
