The sales manager Adam and finance manager Chris were awesome. They were able to give me a great deal and even had an employee personally drive the car to my front door. They were going to shop it but I was impatient so they gave me the option of driving car to me. Tgey even drove,my trade back. That was perfect for me. Thats world class service..A++++++ More

Not a pleasant experience We just leased a Nissan Rogue from this dealer and after all was a bad experience. It started very well in regards of answering all questions over the We just leased a Nissan Rogue from this dealer and after all was a bad experience. It started very well in regards of answering all questions over the phone, especially Melissa and even Amir, the sales consultant was helpful. After we decided to proceed with the lease and set up the appointment, things changed. We arrived 10 min before the scheduled time and informed the receptionist. Amir came to greed us and to start the lease process. He spent not more than 3 minutes with us and disappeared, while we were waiting for the Insurance documents. I had to ask a manager after 20 minutes if the Insurance fax came, of course they came, and from that point Amir spent all together no more than maximum of 15 minutes with us, reviewing the lease agreement, but not knowledgeable to answered simple questions –he asked Dave for help. We spent over 3 hours, 90% waiting (this is our 6 lease agreement and maximum time spent at the dealer was not more than 1.5 hours) and we left with no explanations about the Sirius XM radio promotion, no details about the new car or any other information that a customer expects from a sales consultant. All over was a very unpleasant experience and we will not go back, except to return the vehicle. More
