I called and spoke with the receptionist, Valerie and was very impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I went in the next day and was greeted warmly by, Bobbi and Walter. I felt as though I have known them my whole life and felt extremely comfortable with discussing my interest in the ROGUE. I leased it today and I am extremely thrilled with my new SUV and everybody that works at this State-of-the-Art Dealership!!! I will look no further, from now on for me, my family & friends I will not go anywhere else for future vehicles! My new family is definitely, ALL PRO NISSAN! I have owned Mercedes, BWW's, Corvettes, Jeep Grand Cherokees and I am so very happy with my new Nissan Rogue but most of all, I am happy with my new family Bobbi, Walter & Valerie! Lease deal for Altima Walked in to the Allpro nissan Dearborn office after suggestions from couple of my friends who leased and purchased cars from here. My intent was to Walked in to the Allpro nissan Dearborn office after suggestions from couple of my friends who leased and purchased cars from here. My intent was to get a lease deal as close as possible to the newspaper ad, 88$ a month for sentra and 109$ a month for altima. As usual, after test driving, you always like the one with more options. But before we could go there, Samar, our salesperson, assisted us on what our primary concern would be. She streamlined our thoughts and let us drive two models of which my wife picked the one with lowest lease - sentra, and I picked the one with better pick up - altima. That step looked easier. Next was the negotiations. I know that it is difficult to get a win win situation with sales person. I had my questions. And I got the answers after a good deal of discussions. Samar was patient enough to explain fine print and suggested her experience with altima. I was pushing to get some more out of the dealership who were accommodating with the requests to Their limit possible. She has wits and was able to understand my intent. Although the price went up by a few hundreds due to the white colored car, she convinced me of the best deal I could get. Overall, it was a good deal and negotiation. I would recommend Samar for her streamlined approach on getting what I needed plus getting what I wanted. Though the place is not a coffee bar, I would suggest you try the hot chocolate and mocha over there while you wait. Appreciate the manager for reaching out to Samar and informing that I was waiting. I had to wait for around 2 hrs for getting my paperwork done. More

They were patient with us, without the high pressure tactics we experienced at other dealerships. They answered our many questions thoroughly and honestly. After the purchase, while we were in the car ready to drive off, Amanda realized there was a problem with the rear wiper before we even asked, and had it replaced on the spot. We've only had a few experiences with buying a car, and we've only visited All Pro Nissan a few times and worked with only a few of their staff. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend All Pro Nissan based on our experiences. More

I met Samar Taha. I wasn't sure if I wanted another Altima so I test drove other models as well. Samar was very patient and did a great job explaining and showing me the car's features. I am "old school" and new to the advanced technology in the cars today so it was a little intimating learning about the car and looking at the dashboard with all the features. However, the Nissan designers made everything very user friendly. At first, I wanted just a basic model, but when Samar explained, without any pressure, the different features of each model and I saw what I could get for the money, I was sold on the 2.5 SR. Samar was with me every step of the way. I had so many questions, deciding on one thing and then another, but Samar always had the answers or always got back to me in record time. On the day I picked up my new Altima, my brother drove my old Altima to All Pro with me so I could get my personalized plate put on the new car. I noticed that one brake light was out on my old car, but the All Pro Service team took care of that as well as changing our plates. I had experience with the All Pro Service team namely Bill Gibson and Aaron Hassell in the past and it was always a great one. The All Pro Nissan Team is professional, experienced and knowledgeable to be sure. I think more importantly, especially in the fast paced world we all live in, they are welcoming, sincerely friendly, and take the time to explain and answer questions.
