I recently bought a used Nissan Ultima at McGrath Nissan. The experience started out great but after I agreed to buy the car, I was informed there was only one fob. When I said that was a problem, the salesp The experience started out great but after I agreed to buy the car, I was informed there was only one fob. When I said that was a problem, the salesperson said she would contact the former owner and assured me it would get worked out. Long story short, McGrath would not provide a second fob and offered to sell me one for $299. I gave them the opportunity to make this right, and they’re willing to turn good experience into a poor one instead of addressing the issue.
