I was there for an oil change and service. While I was there I had asked if my 2nd key fob can be programmed because at the time I bought the vehicle, it didn't work and I had informed the salesman of this. He said he needed to talk with his supervisor. I was told, upon his return, there was nothing they could do and I had to pay over $200 to get it programmed! Really, the ink wasn't dry on the contract and I am being told this? Needless to say I left without it being programmed. I called back and was told that it would be covered by the warranty only to find out because the problem is the key fob itself and not the actual system, it wasn't covered and I would have to pay to get it programmed! I have been a customer for years and to have to go through this is unacceptable and not good business at all. I am more than happy to discuss this further if you would like. I would hate to think I am being taken advantage of because I am a woman. Thank you for your time. Gwen Barnett
