I am very happy and pleased with the service I had at Nissan. When I brought my Rouge in I was upset and didn’t know what to do I was sent down to Mr. Marcus Seidman to help me. And helped me he did he s Nissan. When I brought my Rouge in I was upset and didn’t know what to do I was sent down to Mr. Marcus Seidman to help me. And helped me he did he spoke in a very calm voice and manner and I didn’t know much about my suv because I had just not to long gotten but Mr. Seidman took time to help me out what he needed to know and ensured me that my suv was in good hands and that everything would be taken care of and they would call me and let me know. And that is exactly what he did he called me the next day and updated me on my car and helped me to understand what was wrong with my SUV and what I needed to help keep it running smoothly. Thank You Mr. Marcus for all your help I am forever grateful. More

The windshield on my vehicle was cracked while it was being serviced. I called as soon as i got home to report it and told the technician that i would be in the next day as soon as i finished with a doct being serviced. I called as soon as i got home to report it and told the technician that i would be in the next day as soon as i finished with a doctor appointment. Because i was 40 minutes late into the 24 hour allocated time, even though i reported it within 5 hours , the manager said the dealership was not responsible. I will not trust Nissian dealership again. More

Terrible service ,had A recall on our car when we were having it serviced and they didn’t tell us about it.had to make another appointment.they told me i would be not have to wait long,i was there for ove having it serviced and they didn’t tell us about it.had to make another appointment.they told me i would be not have to wait long,i was there for over 2 hours.
