The person with whom we met was the only reason the rating jumped to a two. At least he was somewhat cordial. Otherwise it would have been a one. Wait time was horrendous. The vehicle was taken for an oil change while we finished our transaction. We were told that our car moved ahead of the line. An hour later we went to get the car and we’re told it would be another hour and a half. We were there to purchase our leased car and the amount of tag on costs was shocking. A lot of pressure to purchase an extended warranty. A root canal would have been a better experience.. The vehicle we purchased was our 6th Nissan. It really felt like that meant nothing. More
