We were very happy with our customer service at Southerlin Nissan in Fort Myers, Fl. Thank you everyone My only problem is that I could not get a second Key Fob with my purchase of a slighly Southerlin Nissan in Fort Myers, Fl. Thank you everyone My only problem is that I could not get a second Key Fob with my purchase of a slighly used 2022 Nissan Rogue, and they are telling me that they did not get the second key fab and that I need to purchase it and it is very expensive. They referred me to a key maker, but they don't have the 2022 key fob's yet. More

The service was horrible, my car sat at the dealership for 3 days without any one calling me to update the problem with my car. I called 7 times to follow up no one would answer I left several messages fi for 3 days without any one calling me to update the problem with my car. I called 7 times to follow up no one would answer I left several messages finally received a call back the office said my vin number was defective won’t warranty the issue 3 days later they noticed the wrong vin number was installed in their system long and short a 3 day job turned into a 2 week project from xxxx!
