I have always had acceptable service from Sutherlin Nissan. However, this visit was exceptional. Chris in service was highly professional, courteous, and sensitive to my needs. He quickly greeted me an Nissan. However, this visit was exceptional. Chris in service was highly professional, courteous, and sensitive to my needs. He quickly greeted me and made sure I understood that the repair was going to take longer than I had originally anticipated. He stayed in touch with me throughout the time that my truck was in service and let me know before it was finished so I could head back to the dealership. I had no wait at all once I returned, as my truck was ready and appeared as though you gave me a courtesy wash. I really appreciate how I was treated as I felt like an important person instead of just another car going through the service department. I think Chris is an outstanding representative of Sutherlin Nissan and I really appreciate now I was treated by him. More

Alexandria kept constant communication throughout my servicing. She made sure that I knew what was needed to be done and gave advice as to the best products when it came to replacing my tires.
