Took so long for the car get already ,and when they said was already they didn’t do everything that was supposed to do . Nissan Service Center failed to meet my expectations as a customer my vehicle was 2 months in the dealer and failed to communicate repairs also when receiving my vehicle they failed to communicate that my ve customer my vehicle was 2 months in the dealer and failed to communicate repairs also when receiving my vehicle they failed to communicate that my vehicle was low on fuel and failed to fill my vehicle coolant which is very important as they had just replaced my engine when talking with the supervisor he failed to apologize and had no resolution to the problem which I mention that he assured me my vehicle was in good condition to drive if I would of not been attentive and check my vehicle it would of been driven and engine would fail as it had no coolant he failed to explain or apologize for my inconvenience to have to rush to a gas station to fuel my vehicle and purchase coolant for the same which they should of accommodate it and resolved the issue. I have been a costumer for years and I feel like they failed their own expectations in costumer care and service. More
