I was in Ft Myers visiting. My 2003 Nissan Altima broke down. Sutherlin looked at it and said every major part involved needed to be replaced entirely. About $3000. I had it towed 150 miles to Tampa where I bought the car recently. Ends up NONE of what Sutherlin suggested was the case. NONE OF IT. I was fixed and on my way from my dealer for $200. Extremely lazy, awful service. I had an a/c issue and a brief overheat and instead of trying to figure out the problem Sutherlin just told me the AC and radiator needs replacing - among other things. Insane. Not to mention the extreme stress, towing expense, undo tension between myself and my dealer, etc, that Sutherlin caused. Yeah, I'd categorize these guys as criminal. More
my tacoma was totaled Dec 30. i thought i would test drive a Frontier after i read alot of consumer reports comparing the two. Hassle free haggling over price was nothing! As i was leaving, i mentioned " this beats having to get a rent a car" and the dealership gave me a brand new Altima to drive until my truck was delivered for free. They also honored the $2000 incentives with the pricing. im not done yet..... and im still waiting on collecting my money from my insurance company from the wreck and i told Sutherlin at the rate State Farm is going it may be a few more weeks ect.... this Dealership said no problem, just bring in the deposit when you get it, and they are allowing me to drive off the lot with the truck. Folks, That is Customer Service!!! The vehicles speak for themselves. More
Salesperson pulled credit without permision 2 years after I purchased car. Selesperson called me for a week up to three times a week and sent text message trying to make me purchase new car. I said over and over I had absolutely no intrest in a new car. I recently pulled credit report and dealership pulled my credit during same time frame that salesperson was calling me. I attempted to contact ft myers management for three days but no one ever called me back. my final call receptionist sent me to general manager in Orlando when I purchased my car in ft myers. Do not go to this dealership unless you dont mind random salespeople pulling your credit. More

My experience at Sutherlin Nissan was exceptional! I was in desperate need of a new car and was having trouble with financing. As with a lot of people in our country the economic down turn hit my family an in desperate need of a new car and was having trouble with financing. As with a lot of people in our country the economic down turn hit my family and I very hard so my credit was less than perfect to say the least. I was working with 4 dealerships including this one and when all the others said I would need a co-signer or an inconcievable amount of money down, Jerry and Mike said "we can do this" and they did. Jerry found me the model of car (Nissan Rogue) that I really wanted and also was in my payment range. I cannot thank this team of sales/finance enough. I was facing puting thousands of dollars into the car I had and not knowing if it would last me another year at that. I would suggest sending anyone to this dealership for any purchase...New or Pre-owned. More

Part of our reason for returning was the consideration of our finances and suggestions as to lower our previous loan and at the same time decrease our negative equity. Every employee that we noted were kind and considerate of our needs. We will be back when this lease expires. Nissan is a great car and we would recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
