SO GLAD I MET AARON AT SUTHERLIN NISSAN of Ft. Myers!! After being badly mistreated by Naples Nissan, even though I had just purchased two brand new 2021 Rogue's from them, I was finally met with Myers!! After being badly mistreated by Naples Nissan, even though I had just purchased two brand new 2021 Rogue's from them, I was finally met with true compassion and concern by Aaron at Sutherlin Nissan. He, and Sutherlin, really didn't have to help me out. In fact, the deal they made for me likely did them almost nothing at all...maybe even hurt them a bit. However, the fact that in my time of desperation, in a world where service is a speck on the horizon, they stood up and did the right thing because it was the right thing to do? They have absolutely earned my business, and my referrals, for years to come! I truly thank Aaron and his GM Blake! I am out of my problem cars, no longer have to deal with a lousy dealership, and am on to better cars with a dealership and salesman I can trust! All you other dealerships should take note...sometimes taking one for the team in the short term leads the team to a win (and more sales) in the long term. THANKS AGAIN AARON AND TEAM SUTHERLIN!!
