Today i went for the first time to this dealer for service. My car is 2021 Nissan Rogue. It only need a oil change and tires rotated. The service guys was nice told me one hour and 1/2 wait. I was service. My car is 2021 Nissan Rogue. It only need a oil change and tires rotated. The service guys was nice told me one hour and 1/2 wait. I was little worried cause i never wait that long. But my first time here. Then he come and tells me he is leaving and another guy is going to take care of me . It sure be about 15 minutes. So i waited and now its 2hours later and nobody is coming with my car. I went to service area my car is sitting there and the guys are on the phone. I told him can i have my car. He gets me a bill and keys never told me about my car. Also never pull my car out of service area. Very poor service . I hope this dealership reads this . I have never been to a dealer with this poor service. I own two brand new Nissan 2021. Very disappointed. More

Did a great job on my car but it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation that I had an appointment for. Before deal was finalized they had everything transferred over before I knew how much I was really going to pay for the vehicle. I wasn’t given a copy of any of the paper work.
