I left there crying. AC gets hot when it’s above 70. They didn’t give me all the Warrenty needed and Mike told me on my next oil change I can get employees discount still money coming out of pocket . I have been calling them since my second week to fix this and still was done wrong . Make sure you get all the warranty and made me sign blank paper and that’s the one they used not only that didn’t tell me hey what warranty can be offered and did what they wanted gave me $2000 for my car and almost $3200 off in all and when I got my payment shows a total of $16,400 so I gave my car for free I was told I would have a total of $13,300 I think wow they played me I explained that I don’t want to pay a lot and they did know they got a free care and stuck me with a big bill they should pay for all that’s needed to be right and safe for my family and me . Just the other day I was in the hospital they revived me 3 times all I was thinking of was my family and this car I left them not to enjoy and my daughter who has her learners permit. Wow Mike is a scammer and allows his business to do what they want and screw people like me over all I’m asking is to do right by me and fix all problems have had the car for 3 weeks and been trying to get all this fixed since the second week and nothing but me pulling money out my pocket I since the first day something was wrong and it was fixed but more stuff happened. Please someone help and do right I will keep on writing til it’s satisfied for me and they should pay all the extra warrants for this inconvenience this has been put on me. From the beginning things r wrong and I am at fault because I was stupid to sign a blank paper and stuck with a high bill and them with a free car wow they got money for the car and know putting me in a lemonade wow all should be write help me blow this review until they do right I have a 2 PE DVT on blood thinner for the rest of my like also I almost died on the 3/26/2021 3 times they save me this is wrong that I have to go through this fix the problems More

On March 18, 2021, I attempted to purchase a used car here from my Navy Federal Truecar buyer program. Buyer beware. Do not purchase from here. They lied multiple times about the price of a used jeep 202 here from my Navy Federal Truecar buyer program. Buyer beware. Do not purchase from here. They lied multiple times about the price of a used jeep 2020 grand cherokee white. Liz, in sales lied about the price being $37,000 and the price of $27,999 was wrong on the website. I called and Liz, the internet sales manager, confirmed that the price of 27999 was right and there is a reconditioned fee of over $3,000. I explained that I have a true car certificate that shows only the dealer fee of $999 and no reconditioned fee. Liz said that I can bring it in and they will honer the true car price. I came in and the salesman was not willing to honor the price. I asked for the manager, but the manager would not come out to explain. I asked for Liz and she would not go downstairs to talk to me because of an emergency she was dealing with according to the receptionist. I am now writing this review as a warning to stay away from this dealership. There is no need to go through what I went through. Shop your hard earned money at a dealer that deserves it more. As I write this review, the manager is still hiding in the office unwilling to address my complaints. This act of avoidance is against the rules for how dealerships can operate. I will be documenting this in an official complaint to the Florida Highway and motor safety vehicles organization. I will also write a complaint to true car and the better business bureau. Lastly, I will write a complaint to the state attorney general for lying and manipulation to the consumer. There is no place for car dealerships to operate with shady business practices in Florida. I encourage all those who have experienced similar cases to do the same for this terrible and shady dealership. More
Wow, This is the best Dealership in Fort Myers. They are so friendly and helpful. So much better than the stuck up people at Subaru who leave you waiting forever. I leased a new Sentra a few months ago and wasn’t happy with the size of the car or the monthly payment so I reached out to the manager mike and he had me come in today and I sat down with the salesman Arm with the size of the car or the monthly payment so I reached out to the manager mike and he had me come in today and I sat down with the salesman Armstrong who went above and beyond he spent so much time with me and was so patient I ended up buying a 2020 Altima with very low mikes and almost kept my payment the same but it’s a bigger car and I will own it in the end leasing just didn’t make sense to me after the deal was done but they helped me get out of it . Thanks to Mike and Armstrong and Ed my finance guy they all helped make my experience better ! Thank again to Armstrong who went above and beyond what anyone else would have ever done for me More

Buyer Beware! So after everything was going great, I asked for the spare key when leaving and was told there was not one (even though this was a fleet return which obviously would have had one). Sal Ami asked for the spare key when leaving and was told there was not one (even though this was a fleet return which obviously would have had one). Sal Amin told me "the car is sold as-is," including not having a spare key. In disbelief, I called the GM, and I got the door slammed in my face as well. Who would have thought of getting a car from a reputable dealer like Sutherlin wouldn't include a spare key?!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! BTW, Sal said that was what everyone else did (which is very questionable), but it makes one wonder if Mr. Sutherlin wants to be like "everyone else"..... Shame on Sal for not disclosing the missing spare key, shame on Mike GM Spinazze for not standing up and making it right, and shame on Mr. Sutherlin for letting this kind of thing happen in his dealerships.
