i have been using Sutherlen nissan for several years now for all the cars i've purchased there. they have always taken good care of me and my cars. My service advisor, Stephanie Talbot, Mechanic Benjamin W., and the Service Manager Jerome Foster were amazing. I have had services done prior to this one and the experience I received with these 3 empl W., and the Service Manager Jerome Foster were amazing. I have had services done prior to this one and the experience I received with these 3 employees was exceptional. They went above and beyond my expectations, and kept me in the loop with everything going on. These 3 employees are the definition of what excellent customer service is. I dealt with other service advisors and mechanics at this location that I had an satisfactory experience with, but Steph, Ben, and Jerome have not set the bar to an extremely high level with this last visit I had. Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers should be proud to know that these 3 employees are representing them.
