It looked good, so much so he said there was no need for it to go through any detail & inspection by them, just sign here & gooo!!! It all went so fast though I had a young friend with me, off we went it was after getting home I realized being passed over for inspection. That is when I met Scott who ironed out, after several visit's, all the little fixes above & beyond.He truly care's & treated me as a friend, took away any embarassmet one would have as a older lady myself by myself!! And Jamie, my go between is of the same caliber. THEY REALLY CARE & make sure you are happy & give you a good deal, one they back up 100% & then some. More

This was the best leasing experience we have ever had. We were returning a leased vehicle and leasing a new one. We contacted Jeff Lockhart and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning. We turned in the old car, picked a new car, signed the papers and were out in less than 2 hours. There was no jerking us around and were able to get home and enjoy an afternoon in the pool. Wow, over a week for a loaner car......how crazy is that. And having to bring a vehicle in for the SAME PROBLEM over and over...... Sutherlin Nissan is the Best at what they do. Understanding that anyone at anytime can have a problem. Afterall, they don't build the cars, They sell them and service them. I don't know about you, but I am willing to pay a little bit more if I KNOW that if something happens, they will take care of it. Their product, Nissan, is superior. Their Service and Sales Personnel, are extrordinarily knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their General Manager, U.S. (no joke, that is his name.) is involved in doing the right thing. AND their owner, Mr. Sutherlin, is a all respects a true gentleman and cares about his clients. I do not work for Sutherlin, nor am I related. But quite frankly, the truth is the truth and they are the car dealer you want to buy from. More
I worked with new and used and it was the longest car buying experience I have ever had. They make you think your getting a good price when you really pay over kbb for a used car and have tiny print in t buying experience I have ever had. What a joke! took 7 hours from start to finish then they still didn't have the financing they told me they had carried on for 2 days. More
