I was greeted with the most welcome and when I was asked if I had appointment I told them yes and they told me it was not in and the still got me in then I was helped by Kim she was an Allstar. Came solely to replace battery; did a few recalls and replaced battery (cost over $300). Car did not start the next trip, far from home and in the pouring rain. Discovered the cables to the battery were replaced battery (cost over $300). Car did not start the next trip, far from home and in the pouring rain. Discovered the cables to the battery were never tightened correctly. Will never return unless unavoidable. Extremely disappointing service. More
