When my car was ready, and I went to get it the service advisor wearing the cowboy hat was rude and condescending. Honestly I would not have gone back, if it wasn’t for Mike Pino intervening and taken over advisor wearing the cowboy hat was rude and condescending. I have been coming to that dealership for years and purchased my car from Sutherlin Nissan. I have not been impressed since it changed ownership, with the exception of Mike. The other thing that this Nissan dealership has implemented is a 3% service charge if you use a credit card. More

Yesterday I stopped at Costco and the attendant approached the hood of my car and told me the hood was open. I picked up the car days prior and drive it Sunday to church. On return home trip he cau approached the hood of my car and told me the hood was open. I picked up the car days prior and drive it Sunday to church. On return home trip he caught it. Communication was terrible with service agent. I called and left messages as the 6 step notification system only sent #1 that my car was received. A “your vehicle is ready next day and thus ensued calls to Brittany until late second day. I told her I hah no info on problem, cost nor that cash was needed to avoid penalty. Even then she did not give an update and when I expressed concerns about communication failure she was nonplussed, figured the amount of penalty. I told her I had asked questions when I finally reached her. I paid with the CC and she moved over to talk to another agent. No expression of regret for inconvenience nor thanks for business. Car is four yrs. old with less than 50,000 miles day after Thanksgiving at which time I will trade. Not another Nissan. Good unlatched is a dealbreaker. More

Brought car in for trany fluid change. Ad price was $299. No mention of any “shop fees”. When car was done they ripped me off for $20 shop fees. Management did not reply to my complaint.
