We were happy with our dealer but very unhappy with financing. They didn’t tell us there was a $150 fee to use a credit card on down payment. We immediately asked to cancel the transaction and we would financing. They didn’t tell us there was a $150 fee to use a credit card on down payment. We immediately asked to cancel the transaction and we would write a check. Staff was unable to cancel because it was a Saturday but promised it would be done on Monday. We went back Monday and was told to come back on Tuesday. We went back Tuesday and he was too busy to see us. We called twice that day and no response. We gave up but do not intend to ever buy another car there. More
