We brought our Nissan Rogue in for the first time to be serviced. Making an appointment was easy, on the day of service, we were greeted by Mike A. who was very professional, polite and helpful. I brought my truck in for brakes and they replaced the wrong ones, then did nothing to rectify it. The job was supposed to take two hours, it took close to five. I sat at the dealer ship for three before wrong ones, then did nothing to rectify it. The job was supposed to take two hours, it took close to five. I sat at the dealer ship for three before they even came to tell me they didn’t have the parts and had to have them delivered. A SERVICE CENTER WITH NO xxxx PARTS ??!!?? Then, it would be another two hours until I could even get my vehicle back. No one else came to speak with me. No one advised me of parts issues or problems. No one checked in to advise me of anything being done. I’ve reported them to the BBB for deceptive business practices. No one has so much as reached out to even DISCUSS the issue, and I’ve left three messages on the Sales managers and GMs phone voicemails. No one has responded at all. If it was the choice of this dealership and having to drive to MIAMI, I would drive the three hours to Miami. I am disgusted beyond belief for this dealership and as soon as I can sell the truck I bought last year FROM THEM, I would gladly do it. The fact I’ve got some kind of tie to them at all makes me sick to my stomach. More
