Got a random text message from a sales man with some price drops for used cars. I came in to test drive one of ‘em and it turned out excellent! but ended up buying another vehicle they showed me. Car looks brand new, clean and very elegant to be a 2013 vehicle. 100% recommended!! Very friendly, helpful team. Thanks so much to the two ladies that helped me throughout everything :) So sweet. The auto mechanics were 👍good. I did not like when my auto advisor Carter had left, gotten off from work and I saw my vehicle was ready. Luckily I got up from the waiting room! I would be waiting another hour. If a service advisor is getting off from work, the advisor needs to inform/tell the other advisors if they could wait on their customer. If he is a great advisor, he would have stayed there.... (it was only one car out there) informed me ....your car is ready to go. More

The service was fine but it took 2+ hours to complete. When the car was done it set in the bay for over 20 minutes before they brought it out. I only needed 1 tire put on and 4 lugnuts replaced. Also I didn't know where my key was for lugnuts and they used a master key... never checked where the car jack was...and today I found the key with the jack. You would think that the dealership would have checked there. More
