You have absolutely got-to-be kidding me! !! Are you actually contacting me again? I endorsed the dealer purchase agreement last Thursday. Sent 2k$ Friday morning. Coordinated with your offic !! Are you actually contacting me again? I endorsed the dealer purchase agreement last Thursday. Sent 2k$ Friday morning. Coordinated with your office Friday for Fedex docs and arranged delivery shipment to be sent to me for signature, finalizing the transaction and fedex back to you completing the purchase. All good, right? Not; no Fedex docs sent and advised unit had sold Saturday night after I agreed to purchase days prior. Undoubtedly the most embarrassing transaction process ever experienced by me. Please keep in mind I represented big ticket bus sales for 30+ years and never would I expect such treatment from a dealer representing any OEM such as yours. Wow. Best of luck to you and your office's business ethics and techniques. More

My car has been in twice for service since I've had it and both times I have asked for the radio to be checked because it changes channels on its own and when I open the door I get static and random stati and both times I have asked for the radio to be checked because it changes channels on its own and when I open the door I get static and random stations, both times I have been denied. I also asked for the computer system to be checked because it says I need an oil change and washer fluid right after they have been done, denied again. Only positive is this time they washed my car and vacuumed the front yay More
