From the time I got to Sutherland Nissan the people there were very helpful and accommodating. The waiting room is very comfortable and they even have coffee. My car was ready in a short time. My oil cap was left loose and I was leaking oil after a 2 hour visit I had to return for a 2nd 2 hour visit. I would never buy this service warranty again! I am a women, but grew up in the car business in hour visit I had to return for a 2nd 2 hour visit. I would never buy this service warranty again! I am a women, but grew up in the car business in SC and I am very disappointed in this negligence. I also depend on your professional service to drive back and forth as a single women to SC and back regularly. More
