This was a whole lot less painful than buying my car there, that was the most terrible experience of my life and I was dreading coming into your dealership. But Customer service was great from the time I pulled in and everybody that greeted me to answering my questions, waiting area very clean and comfortable, the only reason I didn’t give it a five, because they said 45 mins to hour and I was there over two hours, thank goodness I had no place else to be, but if I was counting on that time fame I would have been in trouble. Tony is chauvinistic at best. We were promised a “good will” repair for an issue we had repeatedly with this car while under warranty. It was determined to be a different issue, so we were charged full price, after they had my car for 10 days, and no accommodations for another car were offered. On top of that, my car was filthy upon pickup. Tony lied to us on multiple occasions, including when we picked the car up. I am so disappointed and disgusted that I have had so many problems with my Rogue, and that each time, the customer service at this location is non existent. Will not return, and will not purchase another Nissan. More

Traded in my 2020 Kia soul with engine recalls, was tired of being at the shop all the time. Bought a new Nissan. I take care of 2 children in with autism and I did not think the impact of me changing my car of being at the shop all the time. Bought a new Nissan. I take care of 2 children in with autism and I did not think the impact of me changing my car would have on them. One week later I brought my situation to Megan and she said oh we have a wonderful deal for you. They wanted me to pay $12,000 plus more to buy my old car back. They gave me 17,000 for my trade which is paid in full and I paid them $10,500 cash for the new Nissan. They wanted to keep all my cash Plus keep the new Nissan that's paid for and they wanted me to give them $2,000 more out of my pocket. I explained to them about the two children I take care of and I think they took advantage of that knowing how desperate I was to get my old car back so I could keep my job. Needless to say I was not going to be foolish and pay $12,000 more for my own car a week later. So I took this Nissan that's paid in full and traded it in for another Kia Soul that does not have any recalls. If you buy any vehicles from this dealership check the Carfax look for engine checks look for recalls, look at how many people traded in that car in a short time and look for accidents. so when this car shortage is over and they're begging for customers I will not be one of them. More

I called in on Friday (4/29/22) and scheduled over the phone for Monday at 9:45am (5/3/22). Even though the appt did not get scheduled for some reason, I was still assisted. Later, I learned the issue was from service I had received elsewhere and Nissan took care of it! Thank you, Tony (the mechanic). I did notice, however, the dealer is not clean. It's evident no cleaning was done the day before (for days really!) because the floors are dirty, carpets have food crumbs everywhere and the bathroom smell is clearly from not being cleaned daily, not just a one time situation. Why is daily cleaning not being done? Deep cleaning is needed now. Thanks! More
