I originally brought my Armada in in January because it would not start. I was told nothing was wrong. I then brought my car back in April for the same issue. I brought it in on a Thursday and did not get would not start. I was told nothing was wrong. I then brought my car back in April for the same issue. I brought it in on a Thursday and did not get it back until Saturday. They just had to change a battery. While I know they wanted to keep it overnight I received little communication. I responded quickly at around 11:30 on Friday to change the battery and received no sort of response after and no answer when I asked about the time frame. I needed to make arrangements to get my kids and with work due to this. I lost time and money. The only person that made this right was Jamie. She was pleasant and apogetic. Your main service person was not easy to deal with and had a lack of communication. I will not be bringing my car back for service here again. In addition, the people you had there last year to replace windshields is sueing my insurance company when I was told by them it was covered. This is not good service nor a good impression for your company. More
This was my third purchase from this dealership. I’m not sure I’d say 3rd time is the charge. I had expressed interest to trade in my car for something cheaper due to financial changes in my life. Immediately after I arrive, the salesman takes the keys to my car and I never see them again. I go over a few options but still wasn’t happy. I was offered to take a car home but never to get my keys back. The next day, I’m getting a congratulations text even though I hadn’t purchased anything. The dealership offers to find a similar car but a lower trim. So then I feel completely pressured to sign on the dotted line because they did all this work. I’m told that dealerships don’t dealer trade right now so they had to pull strings to get one. I hadn’t even signed any paperwork and the dealership started peeling off the vinyl wrap off my car. (What if I changed my mind?) After signing, and the new car is pulled up, I’m left to unload the other car alone. The very next morning knowing there is no way the deal had been funded yet, I ask about getting my old car back regretting my decision. I’m told that there is no cooling off period so I can’t get it back. I can’t stand the car I purchased, I miss the car I had and regret falling for the pressure tactics. This will be my last purchase because the pressure was definitely there. My love for the car has turned to a hate because of this feeling like I was used to get me to trade in my perfectly good car. I’ve never felt so used by a dealership. I miss the car I sold. More
