The service manager Anthony in my opinion was really unprofessional. On my receipt there was a pending . I asked what the pending for .His reply , “ was that he they did not have time to reset the tire unprofessional. On my receipt there was a pending . I asked what the pending for .His reply , “ was that he they did not have time to reset the tire monitor. “ I said , to him ,”so you are going to allow me to leave here without telling me that the job was incomplete ?”. I said, so if I did not ask you about this you would haven’t said anything to me ?” He said , what can I do ? the techs leave at 5pm. “.My appointment was made 3 weeks ago. I told the person I what I needed done , I was told it would not be a problem “ . I arrived at 1:30pm my appointment was 2pm . Anthony said ,” to me that I don’t understand,” to be honest what I did not understand is how he felt so comfortable not completely the job I thought was being done . I’ve been a customer since 2009 this the first time I seen such unprofessionalism . I asked to speak to someone above him , I was told that he was off Monday and Tuesday. More
