Although service appointments are preferred I went there without one because the “malfunction “ light came on and I wasn’t sure what to do. Staff were welcoming and reassuring. Service advisor, Miss Zoe w without one because the “malfunction “ light came on and I wasn’t sure what to do. Staff were welcoming and reassuring. Service advisor, Miss Zoe worked me in. A technician diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part, and said I could continue to drive the car without causing damage. Such a pleasurable experience. Was very pleased. More

Zoe was genuinely happy to help like the other 2 ladies that greeted me in my truck as I pulled up.
