Worse car buying experience of my life. The Sales Manager, Chris was rude and a liar. He gave us the monthly payment for a Nissan Rogue, but it was more than we wanted to spend. While we are leaving he suggested that we look at a 2018 Sentra, we bought that car (financed it), drove it home (5 miles), and the sensor went off. We brought it back the next morning and it went into the shop for A WEEK. Chris called us and told us he couldn’t certify it and that the car was unsafe. We went back in and looked at the Rouge again (the exact one we test drive the week before), and now the monthly payment t was $130 more a month, when I asked him why he said, cause I needed to sell a car last week! I called a lawyer and was getting very irritated when he now told us we owned the2018 Sentra and he could appraise it and take it as a trade in on another car! I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! More
