Service was good as it is always but for some reason they had to stay with my car for 2 days extra than what was discussed. I asked why and they gave a response that basically boiled to 1 days work. We agree had to stay with my car for 2 days extra than what was discussed. I asked why and they gave a response that basically boiled to 1 days work. We agreed on leaving it on Monday so it gets worked on Tuesday, car did not get touched until Thursday. Called the Service desk multiple times and an Associate told me she was sorry and that she would get with her Manager to see if i could get a “Loaner” and that she would get back to me on the outcome of the situation. Never received a called back and had to miss work for 3 days because they left me with the impression of the car would be done by Tuesday. More
