I returned to Sutherlin Nissan (after a great experience) to look at the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. My first meeting didn't go so well, but the manager Mike, Megan, and Francisco made my experience amazing! Th to look at the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. My first meeting didn't go so well, but the manager Mike, Megan, and Francisco made my experience amazing! They put together an incredible deal and even delivered the car to my house! Francisco went over every detail about the car even though it was late at night. I could not ask for a better experience! I took my 2018 Nissan Titan for wind noise coming from the passenger side wind shield column they kept it for 3 days to remove the wind shield in order to replace the seal, I was told not to wash it for a the passenger side wind shield column they kept it for 3 days to remove the wind shield in order to replace the seal, I was told not to wash it for a few days when I picked it up. As soon as I left the dealership I knew the problem was still there, I went back and suggested that the problem was air flowing through the column between the door and windshield on the passenger side, I was told to bring it back and they would have a technician go with me to listen where the sound was coming from. When I took the technician with me a few days later I pointed out where the noise was coming from on his side he listened and agree with my assessment. Two days later I picked up the truck and as soon as I got up to 35-40 miles per hour I heard the annoying sound so I went rack to the dealership and ask if anyone took the vehicle tor a test drive to verify the issue was fixed but no one could give me an answer. I was sure that where I told the technician to check was not done because when I got home I remove the trim on the passenger side column where I saw a label made from paper that would vibrate when the air from the engine compartment flow through the column, the sound would increase in resonance with speed. After I remove the label the issue was resolve I went back to the dealership to explain to the person who checked in the complaint to ask why they didn’t test drive the vehicle to verify the noise was fixed he said they should but could not say they didn’t. I tried to see the service manager but after a long wait I left, they kept my truck for 5 days total and didn’t fix the problem. More
