Service was horrible!!! I went for an oil change and was there over 2 1/2 hours and I had to ask what was going on. The worst thing was I was the first car in on that Saturday morning! My tires were over inflated at44 PSI When I returned to my he service , the mechanic said that was normal. Even the service manager didn’t believe him. After a year of researching I determined that I wanted a Nissan NV200. I decided to pay the $1000 extortion for keyless entry (key fob) and power adjustable mirrors on the SV model. Checking local inventori Nissan NV200. I decided to pay the $1000 extortion for keyless entry (key fob) and power adjustable mirrors on the SV model. Checking local inventories I found none available in my area. I checked on-line with Sutherlin Nissan which is over an hour north of me in Fort Pierce and they assured me they had them in stock. In fact their web-site showed that they had 6. I communicated with Megan there several times via e-mail and talking over the phone; she assured me that they had them in stock. I traveled the distance and found none on their lot. In fact, there was not a single van of any model on their lot. Not one. I was furious to say the least. I HATE being a dupe and I HATE being lied to and I HATE having my time wasted. Sensing my anger they, the entire staff, put in much effort to locate one and get it delivered 140 miles from Orlando. A young salesman named Bryce put in much effort and saved the sale and also this review. I have my van and absolutely love it and Sutherlin jumped through hoops to appease my frustration. I am disappointed that Nissan is dis-continuing the model as it is an excellent small van. More
