Had a appointment for Oil change & tire rotation this service took 2 hrs , I had no rapport & lack of communication with Russ in the service dept. Mostly communicated with Kim who was most helpful. I have dealt with this dealership since 2010 & have always had good service until this appt. Also had no car wash & had to ask for my inspection page. This dealership doesn’t provide WI FI. More

My salesman Joel gets the 5 stars. I think he went above and beyond his duty. He got my truck delivered as quickly as he could. I was rushed in financing and felt very uncomfortable signing the docs was was and beyond his duty. He got my truck delivered as quickly as he could. I was rushed in financing and felt very uncomfortable signing the docs was wasn't given the time I needed to see what I was signing. He was a very nice guy and friendly however I was told he had a backlog and needed to hurry, not my problem. Chris did what he does and closed my deal and got me a new bumper for the truck and that is what I asked for. I gave the dealership 4 stars. Customer service and friendliness 5 stars goes to Joel.
