I went in to get my brakes done and was clearly told that my back break's are fine, all I need to change is my front. I left still hearing my brakes squeak. It was a clean and friendly environment! My only regret is I would of got more info about my vehicle. My sales person was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle I don’t feel it is her fault. I feel everything is management policies and training! Now with that said i also assumed some features like apple play and NissanConnect were standard in your vehicles. But over all I was happy with my experience and sales person. I do not see her Name on here and I’m not good at remembering so. If you figure it out I give her a 4 star More

Came to this dealership in need of a commercial vehicle. They had none on the lot but perused the sale by bringing one in. The dealership appraised my trade at a fair amount. I was told that they would be able to have my new vehicle on the lot the next morning. But as time went on I was simply told they would have it there before 6 pm instead. I began some paperwork but had no loan paperwork completed at that time. Just paperwork on my truck as a trade and the new truck I was buying. As I was leaving that evening I I wasn’t allowed to take my truck home because they said it was theirs. (Though I had not committed to buying anything at that point since I had nothing to look at or test drive ). They simply said that my truck was theirs now. ( I was there 6 hours at this point). The next day I spent another 4 hours there waiting for the finance guy, who was great on everything except going over financial paperwork. I was late for an appointment and was so stressed out I didn’t even ask. The next day I finally had a chance to sit down and look at the paperwork and the cash price for the vehicle was 42,000 and change. Originally it was supposed to be 38,000. I have made 3 phone calls to speak to someone now and I have yet to hear back. I’ll probably call once more before I put similar reviews out on google and Yelp. I fee like I was at a used car lot for a large portion of the time. Storm was great and so was Rosa and Jeff but have little to say about the managers... I am sure they would have a “excuse” to justify the price difference so not asking about the numbers was my fault and theirs since they didn’t bother to go over them either.
