Ill equipped to do business! I bought a $35,000 NV1500 and why when it needed warranty work did I have to rent a car so I didn’t miss work, then I get the van back and the problem still exists, they never and why when it needed warranty work did I have to rent a car so I didn’t miss work, then I get the van back and the problem still exists, they never fixed what was broken. I have had work done here a few times and total inconvenience every time, oil change took 3 hours, I missed work that day with no pay, took the van in because the transmission is slipping and slamming into gears and the mechanic said if I keep driving the transmission will be damaged quickly but it’s been doing it for half the life of the vehicle and the problem was brought to their attention and they blew it off. I will never ever buy a Nissan but if I ever did it absolutely hands down would not be from this place, I will not be back, my van is still slamming and slipping when it shifts and and it cost me 2 more days of work and II HAD TO RENT A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE TO GET WARRANTY WORK PERFORMED, no thanks Sutherlin Nissan, I’m not sure if this is how all Nissan dealerships function but substandard is an understatement, the guy that works there is nice and I know it’s not his fault it’s just a junk dealer, I have nothing good to say at all about this place, I’m putting a review on every place I can on the internet as soon as I get a day off!!! More
