Came in to fix a part that is under warranty for 84k miles (im at 82) they insist nothing is wrong. So I end up not getting the part fixed, on top of that I had an item stolen out of my car during servi miles (im at 82) they insist nothing is wrong. Shady dealership. Sent us on our way, three weeks later told us we weren’t able to stay in the vehicle. Because of this- we had a late payment on our trade in and our vehicles clear coat is peeling, which told us we weren’t able to stay in the vehicle. Because of this- we had a late payment on our trade in and our vehicles clear coat is peeling, which was not happening prior to them having the vehicle. I have photos from the appraisal to prove that. I understand financing not going through or changes to the loan but 3 weeks later, is ridiculous. The way Jeff handled the situation and his lack of customer service would advice anyone to stay far far away. More
