Overall a friendly atmosphere. Room for negotiation, which is needed as prices are set quite high especially with “recon” fee, which is clearly a sales tactic. Joel and Meegan were nice to work with. Took very good care of my car but l got it back dirty and it had a full tank and a quarter tank when I got it back. Offer was made for me to bring it back for detail. I wish they had kept me in the loop of t it had a full tank and a quarter tank when I got it back. Offer was made for me to bring it back for detail. Awful experience. Bought a new pathfinder from them. Didn't even get the trim I wanted as the sales manager said there was no way it would fit in my budget, even though the online prices were in my budg Didn't even get the trim I wanted as the sales manager said there was no way it would fit in my budget, even though the online prices were in my budget. Tried to give us a white one, we didn't want white then they suddenly found a black one. Got it home, had 700 miles, dirty and a hole in the back door. Nissan has agreed to take car of it and said they ordered the part for it. However, I decided to run a carfax report on it, found out someone else had bought it 3 weeks prior, i found them and spoke with them. They were told their original deal fell through, their incentives were no longer available and they could put more money towards it or bring it back (I think this is called a yo-yo financing scam, but I could be wrong). They also stated that they smoked in it, and the price they were supposed to pay was 5k less than what I paid. There is a statute that states they can sell a car as new if the previous purchasers financing fell through, but they are required to have me sign a paper that discloses this to me, and I can't seem to get anyone to give me copies of all of the paperwork we signed. Sales manager also lied to me about the msrp value of the vehicle and feature the vehicle had, but it turns out it didn't. Very shady business practices in my opinion. The other sales guy we took the test drive with was super unprofessional and took personal calls with us sitting as his desk talking about his ex, and the medications she takes. Will NEVER buy a car from them again, or reccomend them to anyone else. Everyone keeps saying they have to talk to their GM, but I doubt that even happened because if I were a GM and heard about a situation like tgis, I would want to take care of it personally. More
