Shady dealership. Sent us on our way, three weeks later told us we weren’t able to stay in the vehicle. Because of this- we had a late payment on our trade in and our vehicles clear coat is peeling, which told us we weren’t able to stay in the vehicle. Because of this- we had a late payment on our trade in and our vehicles clear coat is peeling, which was not happening prior to them having the vehicle. I have photos from the appraisal to prove that. I understand financing not going through or changes to the loan but 3 weeks later, is ridiculous. The way Jeff handled the situation and his lack of customer service would advice anyone to stay far far away. More

Came in to fix a part that is under warranty for 84k miles (im at 82) they insist nothing is wrong. So I end up not getting the part fixed, on top of that I had an item stolen out of my car during servi miles (im at 82) they insist nothing is wrong.
