DONT GO HERE - Read all the reviews - We made an agreement on price in writing prior to me going into the dealership. I live an hour and half away and didn't want to waste my time. I received a full price breakdown from the general manger with the truck vin# and information on it. We went back and forth for two days and came to terms on an agreed out the door price. I confirmed multiple times all the numbers and had additional pictures of the truck sent to me. All looked good so I made the trip up there. I sat down with Milton the salesman and he simply said we cant do the deal on that truck. I showed him the emails and general manager approved price brake down and agreement. He said that it didn't matter and they couldn't do the deal. I guess they figured if I made the drive I wouldn't go home empty handed. The old bait and switch from unprofessional, want to be business people. It is horrible dealerships like this that make the whole car buying process ridiculous. Have fun waiting for another UP. More

Unhappy with how things were handled My husband and I were reeled in by an online advertisemet with 11-12k off the MSRP price and decided to go to the dealership to check out the vehicle. My husband and I were reeled in by an online advertisemet with 11-12k off the MSRP price and decided to go to the dealership to check out the vehicle. After looking at the selections they had we selected one based off the sticker price matching it to the online ad with dealer discount. When we sat down to start talking numbers, the first initial offer given to us from the manager was a price 5k MORE than the MSRP with NO dealer discount and outrageous payments. We felt like this was a complete slap in the face and a challenge to our intelligence. The sales team tried telling us they have two stickers on the car and the price we saw on the sticker was wrong. In addition to that, the "dealer discount" had to be qualified for which of course we did not qualify for. At the end of the day the time in between negotiations were ridiculously long and a waste of time. It seems as if this is the way of the game at Nissan Fort Pierce where the sales people sit with you twice and then a manager comes to sit down and try to close the highest deal possible to make his rounds. It was very shady experience and unprofessional the way they tried running the show. Our sales guy was very nice to work with but management needs to be a bit less shady when trying to close a transaction. More
Rude man I called 5 times and got no return call. Jermaine answered on 6th call. I called back and spoke to someone else who said jermaine said he emailed me the paper I needed. Never happened. Went into there store and asked Germaine why he was so rude. He says , that’s just your interpretation of my inflection. And you have to wait as we have customers to take care of. I am a customer!!apparently he does not care about customer satisfaction or repeat customers. More

Shortly after sitting down she came in and told me it was $49.95 for nitrogen and I said I purchsed it when I bought the tires there, she stated I have to talk to the manager. She then started my car and left it running for 10 minutes, so I went out to her desk and asked to turn off my car, she said "In a minute" quite rudely, so I asked for my keys and her reply was they are in the car. Anyone could have gotten in the car and drove off! This is pure recklessness!!! This dealer has changed hands 4 times in 5 years and the service writters are never the same over the years they are just getting worst, DO NOT GO THERE! More

The same day we left Sutherlin we went to Wallace Nissan and bought a our new pathfinder without sales pitches, for a lesser price, great finance rate, professional staff, and no problems. Avoid Sutherlin. The salesman, "Drew" Andrew, is not even listed. he could not answer the simplest questions about any vehicle we looked at in Sutherlin's lot. His co-sales pitch was Mark...a liar.
