The whole place plays people, they use fast talking & confusing lingo to lure you in to buy a car then only deliver on less than half of what they promise...Ya have to ASK for all the little things that confusing lingo to lure you in to buy a car then only deliver on less than half of what they promise...Ya have to ASK for all the little things that should come as standard in customer service!! When youre cars in for service, you shouldn't have to ask for it to be washed or vacuumed...when I bought my new Tahoe from Chevy, they went all out to take care of the customer...here, you have to ask for every single thing that should come standard!! You can get a cheaper oil change & wash n vacuume for 1/4 the price & the customer service representatives at least smile when youre leaving...Sutherlin Nissan workers act like youre a nuisance...my next car wont be from here!! All the "extras" that added about $3000 to the sale price, faded with every month that has gone by!! Key replacement, oil changes & basic maintenance...3 years old with less than 20,000 miles on it & when I told them something was wrong, they told me everything's fine but the problems still exist & they tell you everything's okay!! The next day, Im stuck on the highway with no wipers again yet, they tell me there's nothing wrong with them, with a snide attitude to boot!! Naa...theres better places to get a car & get it worked on, where the employees have a sense of appreciation & consideration!! I think when you spend 25,000 on a car worth 15, you deserve a little respect no matter your social standing!! More
