Awful. Absolutely awful. I thought it was a cliche that car salesmen were sneaky snake - oil peddlers, but at Sutherlin Nissan it is very much the case. Rotten experience. Most terrible experience I've ever had They soaked and ruined everything in my trunk while tinting my windows, should not have even been in my trunk. Tint wasn't even done well, marks hair and smudges all over the place. Never fully detailed and the sale took 9 hours. Save yourself a headache tale your business elsewhere. More

Terrible service Rude managers, no pride in their work.
