I wasn’t impressed with the AI system. I had difficulty navigating it and getting it to understand what I was asking I eventually had to speak to an actual person to get me through to Tony I had difficulty navigating it and getting it to understand what I was asking I eventually had to speak to an actual person to get me through to Tony, Service writer that was referred to me by a long-standing customer of yours and Tony’s TONY was fantastic! Pleasant, energetic, and very knowledgeable! Best service person I’ve ever had.!!
