I originally brought my Armada in in January because it would not start. I was told nothing was wrong. I then brought my car back in April for the same issue. I brought it in on a Thursday and did not get it back until Saturday. They just had to change a battery. While I know they wanted to keep it overnight I received little communication. I responded quickly at around 11:30 on Friday to change the battery and received no sort of response after and no answer when I asked about the time frame. I needed to make arrangements to get my kids and with work due to this. I lost time and money. The only person that made this right was Jamie. She was pleasant and apogetic. Your main service person was not easy to deal with and had a lack of communication. I will not be bringing my car back for service here again. In addition, the people you had there last year to replace windshields is sueing my insurance company when I was told by them it was covered. This is not good service nor a good impression for your company. More
Very professional, friendly staff. Service was excellent I've never been made to feel overcharged and the work they've done is on point. Service was excellent I've never been made to feel overcharged and the work they've done is on point. More
Let it be said, first, that this is my 3rd Nissan. I have never had any problems until now. I have a 2021 murano with only 4900 miles. I have had it since Feb. 2021. When I left, I noticed the plastic around the nav/radio screen was cracked in multiple places. I called immediately and was told to bring it back today and speak with service manager. I did. Was told there was no way they broke it. That we must have hit it with something. Trust me when I tell you if it had been there previous to service, I would have shown it to them when I entered for service. Manager said it would not be covered under warrantee because they didn't break it and it isn't a known defect that he knew of. Basically in so many words, we must have hit it with something; perhaps my "husband's cane". The replacement part is a $4000.00 item. Said I should open a claim with Nissan which I have now done. If I broke it, I would say so. I did not, and it wasn't there prior to service. So, with all this said, if Nissan doesn't fix it, and I am not going to pay for something I did not break, then I will be charged for a $4000.00 repair at the end of my lease if I don't purchase the car. I might also mention that my previous Nissan was in such good condition at the end of my lease, Sutherlin Vero purchased it. I love my Nissan. I am the only driver, and it has been driven only 4900 miles in over a year. If I had broken something, I would have had it fixed immediately. So, now I wait for corporate Nissan to see if Nissan truly values their loyal repeat customers. Waiting anxiously for Corporate's response. More
