My car has been in twice for service since I've had it and both times I have asked for the radio to be checked because it changes channels on its own and when I open the door I get static and random stati and both times I have asked for the radio to be checked because it changes channels on its own and when I open the door I get static and random stations, both times I have been denied. I also asked for the computer system to be checked because it says I need an oil change and washer fluid right after they have been done, denied again. Only positive is this time they washed my car and vacuumed the front yay More

My first experience with the service department was not good at all. I hope future dealings go better. I made my appointment for 8:00 am. Got a reminder for 4 pm. By that time I would have had to chang good at all. I hope future dealings go better. I made my appointment for 8:00 am. Got a reminder for 4 pm. By that time I would have had to change the date if I wanted to change the time. Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation at 3,000 miles. The sticker put in the windshield that was to remind me of my next oil change said At my next oil change was due at 66,000 miles. Ok just a slip of the fingers. The next morning when I pulled out of the driveway (NEW POURED DRIVEWAY) my husband is yelling at me because I left a big puddle of oil on the driveway. Brought my car back to the dealer service dept. and The filter wasn’t tightened. I would think tightening the filter is a very important step in an oil change. I do bring my vehicles to the dealer for service as I buy the service plans. I do hope my experience will be different next time. More

My husband and went to Nissan just to look what was new in cars. Mike Bickford came out to the parking lot and met us, I told him that we’re not ready to buy at that moment, anyway he showed us a couple ca in cars. Mike Bickford came out to the parking lot and met us, I told him that we’re not ready to buy at that moment, anyway he showed us a couple cars, then he invited us into the office, gave us a general info about the Nissan Kicks model, and got info about us, the pros and cons then we asked Mike to give us and idea in case we want to change our minds and buy the car, he gave us an offer we didn’t agree, but gave him our offer he spoke with the manager and we bought the only kicks you had at that moment. The whole transaction was based on Mike’s knowledge about the car, kind personality, politeness and knows the way to negóciate with an older couple. At our age we need a clear conversation, we found in our sales man a lot of care, good personality and knowledge about the business. We appreciated being a Nissan customers. Thank you. More
