I have a 2013 Nissan Sentra which has a CVT transmission in it and now the dealership is not only telling me that my transmission is no good that it needs to be replaced for $4500 , but I am 1000 miles out in it and now the dealership is not only telling me that my transmission is no good that it needs to be replaced for $4500 , but I am 1000 miles out of the extended warranty that Nissan placed on all faulty CVT transmissions. I think its a shame that after purchasing several cars from your nissan dealership And after referring multiple customers who have purchased vehicles from your dealership it’s sad that you guys will not replace and fix the transmission under warranty or recall/open campaigns for this known issue . More
This place really sucks. They do not communicate with you about your vehicle. I went for service that I was told would only take 1hour and it took two days. Brought my truck in for service to fix a temp sensor issue, do an oil change, and replace a recalled piece in the engine compartment…and they damaged my driver door. Then decided not to tell me, so when when I picked up my truck I was surprised to find my door off alignment and wouldn’t close correctly. After complaining, they sent it to a local body shop for repair. 1) I can’t trust anyone who damages my property and then tries to give it back to me… hoping I wouldn’t notice! 2) When they sent it to the body shop, they kept saying “don’t worry, this won’t cost you anything”…. Why the xxxx would it? 3) When I finally went to pick up my truck, I introduced myself to the Service Manager, here to pick up my vehicle. He didn’t know who I was. I extended my intro with “the guy who owns the Titan Platnium Edition that your department damaged. Again, he looked confused. After conferring with his assistant, he seemed to recall who I was. Seemed that me and my experience with Sutherland Nissan were insignificant to him. More
