Also, before I took my car to the dealership nothing was wrong with my tires the service clerk told me I had a slow leak I went to a tire shop and the gentleman told me I don’t have a slow leak someone puncture my tire so what I’m saying I don’t know what took place for three weeks when my vehicle was parked at the dealership. I made an appointment a week prior and made arrangements for all of my kids to have rides that day. I dropped my car off at 8:30am. I told them I needed to pick it up before they closed. I cashed in every favor I had to be able to go without my car all day with three kids going in three different directions. I told them I had a leak and that I needed my front passenger side head light fixed. I called at 2:30 for an update and told them again I needed to pick my car up that day. Said Tony would call me back. No one did. I called again 4:30. She said they still had to do the leak test (I assumed that meant the headlight has been fixed) I told her I needed to pick it up before they closed at 6pm. She again said she would have Tony call me. Never heard from him. I got a ride to the dealership at 5:45 because I needed my car. I got there. No one was around. I found someone to help me. They got me Carter who was working late and he went and got my car from the back and said they didn’t find a leak. I had a substantial amount of water coming into my car when it was raining the week before so I doubt they really checked for a leak and also no headlight got replaced. Basically they had my car all day. I had to get favors from three different people and they did nothing. The communication was zero stars. Would never recommend Service at this dealership. More
From the time I got to Sutherland Nissan the people there were very helpful and accommodating. The waiting room is very comfortable and they even have coffee. My car was ready in a short time. When I arrived to my car I noticed they covered the steering wheel, my seat and my floor mat to keep everything very clean! It was thoughtful and appreciated as they always are and I am. I highly recommend their service. More
