Isa Garcia (sales), Zephyr Chase (sales), and Ian Goldblaum (finance manager) are liars, thiefs, and con-artists. I got nothing for my fully loaded Acura MDX towards my leased Murano. Was told they had to return the Acura back to an Acura dealership because they're not allowed to keep or sell it. They swindled me out of $3000 with a $600 payment for a 2022 Murano. Being a loyal customer meant absolutely nothing. I BOUGHT A 2003 AND 2010 Murano prior to getting the 2020 Acura MDX. Once I found out they lied, I went back for my Acura but was told it was gone. A week later I saw it on their lot and was told I could BUY it back. This dealership is all about getting as much as they can out of you. They double team you to wear you down. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN. Their smiles and friendliness is deceptive and manipulating. I'm warning the public not to do business with this dealership and definitely not with Isa, Zephyr, or Ian. More

I went to this dealer on 8/25 and encounter crooked Christian and sneaky Chase. These people should be in jail. I have been a customer since 2012. Never had a problem before. I asked for my money back they said they are reimbursing me half and keep half as a security deposit. They promise to call me the next day to come and pick up a new car. I want to give 0 stars to Nissan at Garden city. I went there on August 19/2022 for new car with my trade in car. They got all my info and then salesman come and asked to fill credit application bef I went there on August 19/2022 for new car with my trade in car. I refused and said none of any other Nissan dealer will ask you to do that and why do you want my credit to run first. Reply from salesman/ manager oh we are corporate Nissan dealer and you might get better Monthly payment that’s why. From last chnone of any dealer did this to me. I refused to fill credit application before looking at the vehicle and discussing any numbers and left and went to another Nissan dealer . Guess what I got new Vehicle same day and trade in my other car. All numbers were done confirmed before running the credit. Credit ran by Nissan directly Tier 1 approved and got a best deal on my new car. Then I recieved text from garden city manager Christina stating you didn’t purchased vehicle from us and why. The answer is above read it Christine I really want to thank the salesperson and the manager who came and spoke to me at garden city Nissan because of them I went to another Nissan dealer and got the vehicle of my choice and deal. We have leased 3 cars from this dealership but sadly will never do business with them again. We thought they appreciated our business . We were told that since Nissan was the owner, selling it to us , it needed to be inspected.This normally is complimentary but not this time. We were charged $1995. for the inspection . Sadly this has happened here before. They have not changed their unethical ways even after being charged and fined by the NYState Attorney General for similar practices in the past.We wish we had known this before purchasing our vehicle through them. I’ve been laying cars from garden city Nissan for almost 16 years and over the last few years the deals have become less about retaining customers and loyalty and more about squeezing as much money as they 16 years and over the last few years the deals have become less about retaining customers and loyalty and more about squeezing as much money as they can. The deal put it front of me was deplorable, they wanted 4K down and 550 a month for a 31 k vehicle this after almost 17 years of brand loyalty. Then after allowing me to walk out of the dealership I made the best deal I could during the signing they again made an attempt to claw 3500 out of me for taxes and fees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP they have become everything that is wrong with car salesman. Buyer beware I will be RUNNING FROM NISSAN. More
