It says no accidents or damage. This car was wrecked last October on the passenger side. Airbags deployed. There is also badly repaired damage to the front bumper of the car. Rear spoiler is ripped off with only glue left. The car was parked in a fix with other scrap cars after I was told the key was checked out and the couldn’t find the car. After I found it I was super excited to purchase it until I noticed all of the issues with the body work and I was told BMW had to do something to the car to make is safe to be on the road. It is currently undrivable after what feels like a thousand messages asking when I could pop in and drive the car. I drove 1.5 hours with money in hand to buy this vehicle. Such a shady way to operate More

First inquired about a pre-owned car they had advertised on their site by email. You know, the one you click on the contact about more info. Never received a reply. So I called and spoke to someone. Ask for on their site by email. You know, the one you click on the contact about more info. Never received a reply. So I called and spoke to someone. Ask for price with all their fees so I can see what I was paying for. I was told the finance manager was sent that right to me. Never heard from him. Would never do business with people like this More
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 STAR. They are the biggest liars and thieves of any dealership I’ve ever come in contact with. When I say thieves, you will have two or three sales personnel speaking with you at a time, you’re totally distracted from what’s going on..,in F&I (business office, same thing… Start talking to you about something totally different than your paperwork Next thing you know..you get your first payment info and that 5.9 interest rate you were promised is 6.9. I came in with a cash deal. Basically what that means I had a 6.5 with my own bank and they beat that with their financing(SCAMMED) ME Read the other reviews It’s not the only time it’s happened in this dealership.. The list of what they have done to a first time buyer is beyond horrible..It’s a disgrace. I have every single text from them and recorded phone conversations that they were going to fix ALL the other things they have done.. This has been two months..,NOTHING has been done. I don’t even know how this place can keep its doors open with all the things it has done to its consumers… Speaking of witchcraft in the business office, Wanting cash app to send money to get hair and nails done..asking could he call…REALLY??? Its harassment is what it is.. Took total advantage of a woman.. The list goes on and on of what else happened after the sale.., Sickening More
One word: Clowns. The owner, the goobs that know absolutely nothing about what they are selling, and the rest of the garbage cars they have on their lot are not worth The owner, the goobs that know absolutely nothing about what they are selling, and the rest of the garbage cars they have on their lot are not worth the time. Every vehicle has "hidden" history they purposefully keep from you so they can make a sale. This is a miserable excuse of a dealership. It may as well be re-labeled a LANDFILL because the people and the vehicles are all garbage. Stick that in your juice box and suck it, man-child employees and owners. ..I., More
Hendersonville Nissan are SCAMMERS. Their Doc Fee (pure profit) is $999. The average Doc Fee in North Carolina is $699 (second highest in the nation) The average title fee in NC is $56 and the average registration fee is $370. For comparison purposes the average Doc Fee in South Carolina is $400, title fee is $15, and registration fee is $40. Keep in mind these are averages as Hendersonville Nissan fees are much higher. Hendersonville Nissan ADDS $2000 to the MSRP as a "market adjustment" to all vehicles. ( including used vehicles ) They add a reconditioning fee ( washing the vehicle ) of $3000 even if the car is only a year old. Hendersonville Nissan preys on those with poor credit and minorities that might have trouble getting financing. If the dealership arranges the financing they get a percentage of the amount financed, the higher the interest rate the more money the dealership gets. Hendersonville Nissan has a F rating by the Better Business Bureau. In comparison Anderson Nissan in Asheville has an A- rating. Crown Nissan in Greenville, SC has an A+ rating by the BBB. Hendersonville Nissan also has a poor Yelp rating. Google ratings are just one of the venues that should be researched as far as ratings go. In the past 5 years I have bought 4 new vehicles, one at the height of Covid when there was a shortage, and not once was I expected to pay these xx fees. South Carolina is a 30-45 minute drive and the savings are huge plus you will be treated with respect as a customer-even if you have a poor credit score. If you have poor credit don't let the salesman convince you he is doing you a huge favor by arranging financing. Credit Unions will work with you on rebuilding your credit and offer you much better rates. Today I talked with a previous customer of Hendersonville Nissan. He said he regretted buying a vehicle from them. They were supposed to arrange the financing through his bank but put it through one of their lending institutions. He said it took him 3 months to get it straightened out. Another scam of theirs is advertising the vehicle on CarGurus at a price several thousand less than what they actually charge. That way it will show up as a "great deal" on CarGurus. More
