I have been bringing my Altima in for service since 2023. Rick has always been professional and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. My last visit was to replace a defective battery. I'm told by my new service advisor Victor that Nissan batteries are only lasting 6 months to a year. My car had been there just 900 miles ago and I was told it had a clean bill of health. This time they tried to sell me four thousand dollars worth of work. Some of the services had already been performed by my other dealership when I lived in Los Angeles. I had my car rechecked at another dealer and they said that they just noticed two things that may need to be done down the road and for now all we needed to do was keep an eye on it. It was nothing serious. This dealership service has declined since I began coming here. I will rethink any further visits. More
