In response to your Dealer Rater Comments I was unable to complete my conversation with you before we were disconnected. I was made aware that you spoke with my Service Manager Denise and she let me know that your concern is due to multiple issues that you stated you had with our dealer since purchase. I apologize as well and do not wish to lose your business however I am unable to address concerns I am unaware of. I know that time is the biggest concern for you I respect that and would like to reiterate that we would be happy to provide you with a rental car while the extra guard is reapplied to eliminate some of the time involved with getting that accomplished. As far as past experiences Denise stated that she was not aware of any issues with your service and would have been more than happy to address them had she known. We advertise to have one the highest customer retention percentages locally and nationally in our service department, that is not just an advertisement it is real and we would like the opportunity to allow you to experience what so many others have. Please let me know if there is something more that I can do for you.

At any point did you ask to speak to our service manager or a sales manager? We resolve issues such as these when a manager gets involved? If you did get a manager to address one or both of the issues between our sales and service department I would like to know what happened. Please reach out to me and let me know specially who were the employees you speak about so I could use this experience you had to make ourselves better or make necessary changes in my personal. Thank you for your reply. I did not see Denise in the service department so I assumed she was not in today and I know that Sales managers don't really have much say in the service department so I assumed there was no use in asking to speak to one. There appeared to only be two service advisers working at the time I came in.The service adviser I spoke to today was Angel, since he was the same person that "helped" me on my last visit and had the same lackadaisical attitude about proactive customer service I just assumed I might as well leave and not waste any more of my time there. The sales representative I spoke to was in Jaime and this incident was in October.

I spoke to Denise this morning, we don't think we have your phone number so can you contact her sometime today please? That way she can try and make sure we can assist you in the future if you so choose. As far as Jaime goes we let him go after a few similar issues like you mentioned happened to you. I take customer comments, feedback and suggestions very serious. I have made many changes to our way of doing business and to our staff over the years based on customer reactions to our people and our processes. The change we made with Jaime was the direct result of customer complaints along with feedback. I am so sorry we lost your business because of him. Unfortunately he cost us a few more sales than just yours. Nonetheless we always listen to customers to help us become better from it. So thank you for letting us know, about both situations. I hope Denise can handle the issue with the oil change and warranty situation. Warm regards and I hope you enjoy your Nissan Sam Klein General Manager
