Rahul, when you make a lease payment, you are paying Nissan Motor Acceptance, not Nissan of Irvine. We are not the ones who received the money so we would not be the ones to refund the money, the bank would. We would recommend speaking directly to Nissan Motor Acceptance for any disputes you have with your lease, their number is 1-800-456-6622. We have not heard from Nissan Motor Company, they have not asked us to refund anything expecially since we are not who you paid for your lease. Clearly this is not what you remember about your sales experience and we are very sorry about that. We offered you an amount toward possible future repairs to the wrap you stated you wanted to add to the van, since this was one of the main complaints you had with the windows.
